Every UVUE Dash Cam installed in a new vehicle is covered by a warranty designed to align with the confidence, longevity, and ownership experience you expect from your vehicle manufacturer.

What this means for you:

If your installed dash cam model has been superseded or is no longer in production, you will have the option to:

• Have the existing unit repaired where possible, or
• Upgrade to the latest equivalent model for a small, capped fee

This approach ensures continued support without locking you into outdated hardware.

5-Year Full Replacement Warranty
Every UVUE Dash Cam installed in a used vehicle is protected by our long-standing full replacement warranty.

Out of Warranty Protection
After the initial 5-year warranty period, if your dash cam fails, it can be replaced for a small fee for as long as you own the vehicle.

UVUE supplies recording hardware only and does not provide monitoring or surveillance services. UVUE and its distributors do not access or store recorded footage.

All warranty assessments, repairs, replacements, or upgrades must be processed through UVUE Head Office or UVUE Head Office-approved outlets, at the sole discretion of UVUE Head Office.

Units may be required to be returned for inspection or service.

If an on-site service callout is requested, additional fees will apply.
